Refund policy

We take pride in taking care of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your candles, you can reach out within 14 days of delivery to see if you qualify for a refund/replacement.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receiving for any damages that may have occurred during transit.
To request a return, please follow these simple steps:
  • Send an email to rachel@moodbloomcandles.com with the subject line "Return Request."
  • In the email, provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for the return, and any supporting media.
  • If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) to your email.
Once we receive your return request and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund as follows:
  • For returns due to damage, we will review the provided photos to assess the extent of damage. If approved, we will initiate a full refund, or replace the item at no cost to you.
  • For all other returns, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers requesting a refund or exchange after 14 days will not be accepted.Â
